CarTuner provides an ECU tuning platform that connects Dealers, Partners, and Tuners. Our platform facilitates:

  • Credit top-up and management
  • Tune request submission and processing
  • File upload and download services
  • Communication between platform users
  • Payment processing and settlements

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

Our platform uses a credit-based system:

  • Credits must be purchased before submitting tune requests
  • Credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring uploaded files comply with applicable laws
  • Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
  • Using the platform in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Not engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Respecting intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by CarTuner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarTuner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
