2. Credit Refunds

Credits purchased on the CarTuner platform are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Service unavailability due to platform issues
  • Account closure requests (subject to review)

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase or transaction details
  • Demonstrate that the service was not delivered as promised
  • Not have used the credits or services already
